Kim Ng was interviewed by Lee Hamilton on XM radio yesterday, and here are some quotes from the Dodgers assistant general manager... (다저스의 단장 어시스턴트인 김엥이 어제 메이저리그 XM 라디오와 인터뷰를 가졌다고 합니다.)

Manny was a great player for us last year, and we hope to re-sign him. Right now, we're in discussions with his agent, Scott Boras, and hopefully we can come to some resolution soon. So we'll just have to wait and see. (작년 팀에서 매우 훌륭한 선수였던 매니와 다저스는 재계약을 바라고 있으며 지금 당장 매니의 에이전트 스캇 보라스와 이야기를 나누고 있고 머지않아서 어느정도 합의점을 찾을 것으로 희망하고 있으며 팀은 기다리면서 지켜볼 것이라고 합니다.)

The most important thing is to just keep talking. I don't think we've drawn our line in the sand at all (at two years or two years plus an option year). I do think it's going to take a lot of discussion. I do think Scott is out there looking at his other options, and Manny is looking at his other options. I think a lot of other clubs are a little slow progressing as well, which is probably adding to our situation because obviously Manny's going to find the place for him. So it's all intertwined. I wouldn't be surprised to see us do some things in the next couple weeks. Maybe a little flurry here and there. Hopefully we can get some things done. We're definitely working the phones. We've got a lot of people that we're talking to, both relievers and starters, and obviously Manny. We're just going to have to wait and see. I would ask the fans to be patient. We still got a month to go. We're not at Feb. 14 yet. Even when we do get to Feb. 14, that's not the same as opening day. There's still a lot of time to go, so just be patient. (팬들은 인내심을 가져줄 것을 바라며 한달가량이 걸릴수도 있다고 합니다.2월 14일 스캠이 열리기에 아직까지도 많은 시간이 있으니 기다려달라고 했군요.)
