시범경기 산듯한 출발

Some notes from the game:

• Blake DeWitt, who started at second base, had a hit and a walk, and scored a run
• Manny Ramirez, today's designated hitter, had singles in his first two at-bats
• Reed Johnson drove in runs in his first two plate appearances, once via groundout and once with a single
• Russell Martin, bigger and bulkier this spring, stole a base in the sixth inning
• Jamey Carroll, who entered the game for Casey Blake, had two stolen bases
• Vicente Padilla retired all six men he faced (four groundouts, two flyouts)
• Ramon Ortiz allowed a pair of hits in his two innings, but no runs and struck out three
• The Dodgers used 21 position players and seven pitchers in today's game

오늘 시삭스와 첫 공식적인 시범경기가 열렸는데, 타선은 정규시즌라인업으로 나왔습니다. 매니가 DH로 나왔기때문에 리드 존슨이 LF로 출전할 수 있었습니다.

드윗은 선발 7번타자겸 2루수로 출전해서 2타수 1안타, 1BB 1R을 기록했고, 리드 존스 다저스의 첫 2득점을 만들어내는 2RBI를 기록했습니다.

오늘 마틴을 비롯해 후친렁과 케롤(은 2개)이 도루를 기록했는데, 진숙희가 주전으로 나온줄 알았는데, 아니네요. 올해는 작년에 다저스의 공격카테고리의 핵심이라고 할 수 있었던 출루율에 도루까지 합쳐졌으면 좋겠습니다.

파디야는 선발로 2이닝을 던졌고, 6타자를 상대로 4GO/2AO를 기록했습니다. 파디야가 스프링 캠프에 도착하지마자 쏟아졌던 우려의 시선(오프시즌동안 허벅지에 총맞은것과 관련된)이 말끔히 씻을 수 있는 투구와 결과가 아닐까 싶습니다.

다저스의 3번째 투수로 나온 헤거는 오늘도 1이닝동안 1피안타 1BB를 내줬고, 실점도 기록했지만, 무자책이 기록되었네요.
그 외에 실점한 투수는 프란시스코 펠릭스인데, 1타자 잡는데, 4피안타 2실점이나 허용했습니다. 펠릭스같은 선수는 스프링 캠프에서부터 최선을 다해야하는데, 첫 경기부터 좋은 모습은 결코 아니네요.

General manager Ned Colletti said newly signed pinch-hitter Garret Anderson did not arrive as scheduled Friday because of car problems, but was expected in Arizona Friday night and at practice Saturday. Anderson was signed Wednesday night to a Minor League contract and is the presumed front-runner for the left-handed pinch-hitting job, with Brian Giles and Doug Mientkiewicz the other candidates. Mientkiewicz had an RBI double and a walk in Friday's exhibition opener. Giles did not play.

Anderson will wear No. 00, although Andre Ethier offered to give up his No. 16, saying Anderson had worn it for 16 years.
원래 오늘 스프링 캠프에 합류하기로 되어있었던 앤더슨의 경우는 개인사문제로 내일 도착할 것이라고 하는군요. 그리고 그의 스프링 캠프 저지는 "00"이 될 것이라고 합니다. 지금껏 사용했던 번호는 이미 이띠어가 쓰고 있어서 불가능하죠. 지금 다저스의 최고 인기 스타중에 한 명인데...
