The Diamondbacks have hired away Class AAA Albuquerque manager Lorenzo Bundy to be the team's first base coach, Bundy confirmed.

Bundy before managing Class AAA Las Vegas for the past two seasons spent four seasons in the Diamondbacks system, and he had a stint as a major league bench coach in Arizona.
다저스가 트리플A팀의 감독이었던 로렌조 번디(Lorenzo Bundy)를 애리조나에게 빼았겼습니다.....
지난 2년동안 라스버거스 51s의 감독이었다고 하네요. 일단 내년에는 엘버커키로 옮기는데, 옮기면서 빼앗....리턴했다고 하는게 더 올바른 표현인지도....겼는데...빨랑 감독 구해야 할듯.

Yamashita is the first full-time coach from Japan hired to a Dodgers Player development team.

The Los Angeles Dodgers announced that they have hired Daisuke "Duke" Yamashita as infield coach at Camelback Ranch-Glendale for the 2009 season. Yamashita, a native of Shizuoka, Japan, will specialize in infield instruction, specifically fielding, and brings more than 15 years of coaching experience to Camelback Ranch-Glendale.
다저스가 스프링캠프에서 일본인 코치를 인필드 코치로 임명했다고 합니다. 일본인 처음 풀타임코치라고 하네요.
뭐 밑에는 장문에다가 이 일본인 코치의 경력을 화려(?)하게 나열해놨는데...읽다가 귀찮아서
암튼 15년 코치경험이 있다고 하네요. 제팬시리즈 우승도 시켰다고 하니...
