Dodgers farmhand John Lindsey, who leads the Minors in batting average and is second in hits and slugging, notches his second PCL Player of the Week award in 2010. The MiLB veteran added big-time power to his impressive output this week, doubling his season home run total. The display started on Monday, when he went yard at home against Reno. Closing out that series on Wednesday and Thursday, Lindsey added two more homers. On Saturday, he punished Memphis with six RBIs, knocking another roundtripper. He homered again on the final day of the week, making it the second time in five days he crushed a longball in consecutive games.

Seth Etherton, who spent almost the entirety of May in extended Spring Training, demonstrated his desire to spend the rest of the season in a rotation. He gave up just one hit and struck out five through his first four innings against the Reno Aces on Sunday. But he only got better as the middle innings ticked by, striking out two in the fifth, three in the sixth and another in the seventh. The Dodgers farmhand earned his first win of the 2010 season and lowered his ERA to 4.24.

Trayvon Robinson taught a lesson in economy this week. It took just six hits spread over six games for the Dodgers prospect to earn himself a spot among the Southern League's leaders for the week in homers, RBIs, runs scored and stolen bases. One key to his success? He was also among league leaders in bases-on-balls, reaching four times via the free pass. He homered twice, walked and scored three times on Monday, and although he had only two hits over his next four games, he got aboard in each of them, stealing bases in three consecutive matchups. He homered and singled on Sunday to put an exclamation point on the week.

오늘도 2안타를 기록했는데, 오늘 포함해서 최근 3경기 연속 멀티히트를 기록중입니다만 체터누가의 공격력이 집단적으로 슬럼프를 겪고 있는 상황입니다. 또한, 람보(Andrew Lambo)가 50경기 출장정지를 당했음에도 불구하고 체터누가는 꾸준히 3인 외야수로 돌리고 있어서 조금은 불안한 편입니다.
체터누가보다 하위레벨에서 잘하고 있는 러셀(Kyle Russell)이나 샌즈(Jerry Sands)를 콜업시키는 것이 좋다고 아우성들인데, 다저프론트는 미동도 하지 않고 있네요.

Ethan Martin, the Dodgers' first pick in the 2008 Draft, threw his first professional complete game on Thursday, shutting out Bakersfield over nine masterful innings. Martin gave up a single to the first batter of the game, a double in the third inning and another single in the fourth inning but otherwise held the Blaze hitless. Even late in the tilt, Martin showed no signs of tiring. He fanned three of the last five batters he faced.
