어제 아웃카운트를 하나도 잡지 못한체 강판된 찰리 헤거(Charlie Haeger)가 DL에 오를 가능성을 제기되었습니다. 뜬금없이 뒷꿈치가 아프다네요.

일단 언론을 통해서 일라이(John Ely)의 재콜업이 예상되는데, 마이너로 강등시킨 선수에 한해서 10일안에 재콜업이 불가능하지만, 25인 로스터에서 DL인원이 발생하면 예외조항이 발동하기때문에 일라이가 가능할 수도 있다고 하는군요.

There will still be an open spot in the rotation that comes up again next weekend in San Diego, likely Sunday. Of the pitchers currently on the roster, Torre said Ramon Ortiz would get the nod. Conte was working with Rafael Furcal before the game, having him run baserunning drills.  To my untrained eye, Furcal looked good running first to third.  He is eligible to be activated from the disabled list Friday.
퍼칼이 오늘 경기전에 콘티 트레이너와 베이스러닝 훈련을 했다는군요. 다리쪽 부상인 선수가 러닝훈련을 한다는 거 자체가 복귀 타임테이블이 임박했다는 소리겠죠.

오늘 이겼더군요. 사실 이번 시리즈중에서 가장 이길 가능성이 적은 경기라고 봤기때문에 거의 포기했는데, 이런 행운(???)이 찾아왔네요.

I know that Clayton Kershaw is 22 & I am a big believer in his upside, but do you have any theories as to his continued struggles with command? The young man continues to walk far too many batters

Jerry Crasnick : Control is usually a matter of concentration and consistent mechanics, and sometimes it takes time to develop. Look at Jonathan Sanchez of the Giants: He has great stuff and he walks too many hitters as well. Kershaw should be fine, but it's tough to develop in the big leagues.
시즌이 시작되면 espn채팅을 잘 안보게 되더군요. 지난달꺼는 스킵하고 최근 얘기만 찾았습니다. 일단 크라스닉은 커쇼의 이런 제구력 문제에 관해서 SF의 산체스를 언급하네요. 그러면서 커쇼님이 말씀하신것처럼 빅리그에서는 이런 커맨드개선을 하기 힘든 곳이라는 말까지 덧붙이네요.

Vasquez and Montero for Kemp. Reasonable? Possible?

Jerry Crasnick : This is a real trade proposal, I take it? I can't see the Dodgers going for that one. Matt Kemp is one of their franchise faces. Javier Vazquez turns 34 and he's having a terrible season, and a lot of people think Montero is a DH. It doesn't work for LA.
어찌보면 AL과 NL의 차이점때문에 1g의 생각도 안하게 될 트레이드조합인거 같습니다. 몬테로를 얻는 것은 분명 좋겠지만, 지금 트레이드가 이뤄진대도 두팀다 전혀 이득일게 없다고 생각되네요. 다저스도 캠프를 대체할 만한 선수가 현재 없고, 양키스도 그랜더슨이 돌아온다면 어정쩡한 위치가 되겠죠.

Keith, I know it's too early to give up on Clayton Kershaw, but what is going on with him? He has taken a major step back this year and Tuesday night was a disaster, what's the next step?

Klaw : He's gone backwards. Billingsley's gone farther backwards. When one guy takes a step back, you look at him. When the two aces you were counting on to lead your rotation regress ... don't you look at the coaching staff?
