2017년 Rule 5 드래프트 결과

 

올해 Rule 5에서도 역시나 강속구를 던지는 불펜투수 유망주들의 이름이 자주 거론이 되었습니다.  아무래도 최근에 강속구를 통해서 삼진을 잡는 투수들이 대세를 이루고 있고 불펜투수들의 몸값이 폭등하고 있기 때문에 불펜투수 로또를 노리는 구단들이 이런 선택을 한 것으로 보입니다. 메이저리그 Rule 5 드래프트를 통해서 모두 18명의 선수가 지명을 받았는데 원 소속구단은 10만달러의 이적료를 받게 됩니다. 그리고 추후에 메이저리그에 정착하지 못하고 원 구단으로 돌아온다면 5만달러를 돌려주면 됩니다.
