결국 우려했던 일이 벌어질듯 싶네요.

Chad Billingsley acknowledged Wednesday that he might need Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery.

Billingsley will first try a second round of platelet-rich plasma therapy for the discomfort in his right elbow, but if that doesn't work he will probably have to go under the knife. It's a tough blow and especially bad timing, as Tommy John surgery would knock the 28-year-old right-hander out for the entire 2013 campaign.

결국 2013년에 뛰는 모습은 볼수 없을듯 싶네요. 이번 겨울에 선발투수 한명 영입해 올듯.....

테드 릴리, 채드 빌링슬리..두명의 1000만달러 이상의 연봉을 받는 두명의 선발투수가 60일자 부상자 명단에서 연봉만 받아 먹게 될듯....

The Southern League has announced that Lookouts starting pitcher Zach Lee has been selected as the league's Pitcher of the Week for his performance last week.

Last week, Lee won both of his starts, going a combined 12 innings and yielding just one run, six hits, and three walks, while striking out 12 against Jackson and Birmingham.
 
잭 리는 올해 마지막주에 이주일의 투수로 선정이 되면서 AA리그를 마무리 했군요. 8월부터 좋은 모습을 보여주었기 때문에 선수에 대한 평가는 유지가 되겠네요. 별 무리 없이 LA 다저스의 2013년 최고의 유망주로 선정이 될 듯 싶군요.
